Full ERP scheduling is utilized. Production slots are awarded as they come in and they are written in "stone" despite what comes in next. Every customer's work is important to us. Daily production meetings ensure orders stay on track and, if they fall off-track, a plan is quickly set to get it back on schedule. Rare delays are communicated with customers immediately so customers can plan and adapt around the information. Production supervisors are empowered to get volunteers to work OT and weekends to focus on meeting every promised due date. Our staff is cross-trained in multiple disciplines, allowing our production departments to "swarm" in areas where we need more help to meet and exceed our customers needs. If necessary, even our salespeople assist to meet deadlines. In fact, 8 out of 10 of our salespeople have shop fabrication experience and can directly assist production when needed.
